Intitek GROUP

The Intitek Group is a committed player in the digital transformation of businesses and has forged its development on a strongly held belief: it is by pushing back the limits of progress and innovation that the wildest projects will be fulfilled.

A Group committed to the advent and promotion of the Happy Digital World

Since its creation in 2007, the four founders of the company have shared the same determination to challenge and reinvent the codes. However, none of them dared imagine then that just 10 years later the Group would employ as many women and men all round the world.

These Happy Digital Members now advise and support large companies operating in the transport, defence, education and health sectors in their global strategy regarding digitalisation and innovation. In the face of the tremendous challenges associated with the ongoing digital revolution, the Intitek Group has opted to place respect for strong human values and the preservation of the environment at the very centre of its development. Today, more than ever, the Intitek Group brings together multiple resources and talents whose daily tasks involve pushing back the limits of what is possible and developing digital solutions that will benefit everyone.

Welcome to our Happy Digital World.
Nicolas BOILEAU
CEO – Happy Digital Boss

For the digital revolution to succeed, it must benefit everyone!

Digital is everywhere today and for this very reason it is quite simply indispensable. So much so that it inspires as much hope and promise as suspicion and fear.

This is why the Intitek Group campaigns and strives daily to offer and develop creative but controlled digital solutions, adapted to the real needs of a modern society constantly seeking performance, comfort and security. But what could be more stimulating than to participate in the design of a connected object capable of making life easier for a dependent person?

What could be more exciting than to contribute towards widening access to knowledge through the creation of a highly innovating application or software program? Each engineer working for the Intitek Group is aware of the extent to which their designs and contributions can help improve the daily life of individuals in fields as varied as health, robotics and aerospace.

At the same time, in a world where data are exchanged at the speed of light, the fight against cyber crime is one of the major challenges of the 21st century. Whether this concerns the complex problems associated with the armed forces, business intelligence or just protecting the data of the public at large, the Intitek Group supports leading international public or private stakeholders in the industrialisation of digital solutions that guarantee the security of everyone.

Smart factories, individual comfort, resource management and controlling energy consumption: each day the Happy Digital Members of the Intitek Group register their individual or collective approach in the pursuit of harmony and balance between the new human requirements and the necessary preservation of our planet.

For a beautiful and safe world and for an even better life, welcome to the era of the Happy Digital World!

A little story...

X

2007

Nicolas BOILEAU, François DELETRAZ, Pierre-André FRESARD and Reynald VICIANA launched Intitek in Lyon with the financial backing of Robinson Technologies. Trained as engineers, they gambled on the wealth of their collective experiences and the complementarity of their respective specialisms to shake up the codes of traditional engineering.

2008

The company was not even one year old when Intitek Bordeaux and Intitek Paris welcomed their first clients in the midst of the stock market and financial storm.

2009

Posting its first results, the company revealed solid profitability. The excellent performance of the young Group continued and the associates soon decided to involve the employees in a profit-sharing system.

2011

Intitek acquired ABF Ingénierieand inaugurated the launch of its Design Office activity. In the same year, the Group consolidated its position with the acquisition of TMA (Test My Alternator), a production site whose automatic test benches for alternators and starter motors represent its flagship product.

2013

This year marked a new milestone in the history of Intitek. The company took over Acrotecna (Villeurbanne, Saint-Etienne and Mulhouse), a design office specialising in mechanics for key accounts. Just six years after its creation, the Intitek Group had significantly increased its expertise and skills in the steel, automotive and nuclear industries and tooling design for aerospace.

2014

Now firmly established in France with 22 agencies, Intitek set up in Poland, Belgium and then Canada.

With the acquisition of Dunasys, a pioneer company in the IoT (Internet of Things), domain, Intitek took a further step forward in the development of highly innovating solutions applied more particularly to the automotive and aerospace fields.

2015

Pléïades Technologies, experts in the development of complex systems and software, joined the Intitek Group constellation, bringing further expertise in optics, mechanics, electronics and complex software.

Meanwhile, in September, the Intitek Group opened its new Spanish agency, with the head office based in Madrid.

2016

The Intitek Group pursued its external growth policy by acquiring Hinnoya (Lyon) and then Trepia (Paris), both major digital players. The Group now possessed very solid resources in the fields of complex web architectures and high level e-commerce solutions.

2017

As it prepared to celebrate its 10th anniversary, the Group assumed a new brand platform and committed itself to the advent and promotion of the Happy Digital World. Respect for the environment, innovations focusing on the well-being and comfort of all, support for companies in their digital transformation… henceforth, each Happy Digital Memberis defending the Group’s values and culture of innovation around the world.
